ONE-TIME

MACRO COUNT

This offer is for you if you're confident and comfortable with macros and tracking and just need a one-time macro count. This includes a a custom macro count for maintenance and deficit (cut), as well as guidance on how long to remain in each phase.

1:1 COACHING

This is my most personalized coaching experience.


With 1:1 Coaching, you’ll get a fully customized fitness and nutrition plan built around your goals, your lifestyle, and your needs — no guessing, no generic programs.

You'll have access to professionally programmed workouts delivered through our app, personal training sessions at my home gym, or a combination of both — whatever fits your schedule and goals best.

Along the way, you'll get accountability, education, and real-world strategies to help you build lasting strength, confidence, and results.


Your plan evolves with you, so as you grow, your coaching grows too.

MACRO MAMA FITNESS

Follow a structured, strength-focused workout program built on proven hypertrophy and progressive overload principles — all through the convenience of an easy-to-use app.

This is a monthly subscription ($25/month) for all fitness-only clients.


No custom plans, no macro coaching, and no 1:1 personal training — just a clear, effective program to help you get stronger, build muscle, and stay consistent.

POWER HOUR GROUP TRAINING

Small group. Big results.

Power Hour is a 1-hour strength training class held at my fully equipped home gym in Cincinnati, OH — perfect for parents, caregivers, and busy adults who want to get stronger without the crowded gym scene.


We use everything from dumbbells and resistance bands to barbells, cable machines, a leg press, hack squat, and more to help you build real strength, muscle, and confidence.


Come once or twice a week — Monday, Thursday, or both — and get in a full-body, structured workout that's simple, effective, and made for real life.

No gimmicks. No fluff. Just focused strength training in a fun, supportive environment.


All fitness levels welcome. Just show up and get stronger.
